Q.
Business development seems to be unique to Paint
Bull. What is the benefit to me with this
program? |
|
|
 |
A.
There are three separate courses in our
exclusive Business Development program. The
first course, Business 120, is a very thorough
class designed to discuss items like: business
structure, taxes, liabilities and insurance
needs, which are specific to our industry.
Secondly, Marketing 120 focuses on how to market
your new business, set your pricing, deal with
competition and work out a strategy that makes
good business sense for you and the area you're
working in. To round out your business training,
our Finance 120 course is an accounting class
for managing your business success. The course
includes custom designed software allowing you
to produce professional invoices and track
customers through the receivable process. You'll
also be able to track expenses and produce
summary reports to save accounting costs at tax
time.

Q.
Is Paint Bull just a training school for
automotive appearance repair? |
|
|
 |
A.
No. Paint Bull International, is a
multi-divisional corporation. We operate the
state's largest mobile repair fleet; 15 mobile
units work directly from our headquarters
allowing us to test new products and
applications in the field before offering them
to you. We also operate a stand-alone retail
store in Saginaw, Michigan. We call it Paint
Bull Express. Our accountant calls it a cash
cow. The retail market is huge and no one is
servicing it. Both operations are very
profitable and every Paint Bull system is
modeled from their success. We train you the
same way we train our own employees for success.
So, feel free to copy our model.

Q.
I've heard you can't paint a vehicle when the
temperature drops below 40. Will I have to shut
down my business in cold weather? |
|
|
 |
A.
Good question. In Michigan, it gets very
cold...and our mobile operators work through
adverse weather conditions throughout the year.
We have developed techniques allowing our mobile
fleet to operate efficiently - even with
sub-zero temperatures. We never shut down
because of our cold weather techniques...and you
won't have to either.

Q.
Where will I be trained for my new business?
Tell me about your facility. |
|
|
 |
A.
We're proud of our new centralized
technical training facility. There are seperate
training centers within the building for each of
our programs. Our technical training staff
consists of the best application experts in the
industry. Simply put, we have erected a
structure to compliment our training
objectives...and we've put the best people in it
to deliver you a successful future.

|
Q.
I received some documents from you about
registration and disclosure. Why do I need
these? |
|
|
 |
A.
Well, it's the law. In your state, any
company or institute providing a business
opportunity that costs over $500 and is designed
to earn you income must be registered. Our
responsibility is to provide you with these
documents. You should have received this type of
information from any business opportunity you
are considering over $500. Paint Bull is very
proud to be the only licensed technical training
institute in our industry that is also compliant
with the lawful requirements for disclosure in
your state. (SS Reg No. 646, Florida AIN NO.

Q.
Is there a demand for this type of service? |
|
|
 |
A.
As a Paint Bull Certified Technician, you
will be servicing used car dealers, detail
shops, car rental agencies, insurance companies,
marinas, restaurants, hotels and the general
public to name a few. The availability of work,
combined with the exceptional repairs you'll be
doing with our systems, will result in long-term
relationships with all of your customers.

|
|
Q.
What range of income can I expect? |
|
|
 |
A.
Legally, no company can make any
representation of income expectations. However,
we can tell you that our mobile operators in
Michigan averaged $98,000 per vehicle in 2003.
Some generated $140,000 per vehicle. We help you
determine realistic sales goals for your new
business and build a strategy to accomplish it.
Your expected income really depends on what you
feel is necessary to be successful.

|
|
Q.
Can I finance this business opportunity? |
|
|
 |
A.
Yes. Since Paint Bull is certified by the
State of Michigan's Department of Education as a
post-secondary educational facility, we are able
to offer various student loan programs. Student
loans offer low interest rates for qualified
buyers with no pre-payment penalties and terms
up to 180 months. You may also qualify for a
defered payment program and pay only $10 a month
for your first 12 months of business.

|
Q.
If I need more supplies for my business, who do
I call? |
|
|
 |
A.
Call us. We operate our own warehouse and
re-supply division. We don't require any of our
customers to buy our products, but 84% of them
do. Over 12,000 items are in-stock and ready to
ship the same day. We use the UPS MaxiTrax
delivery system to insure your order is in your
hands as soon as possible, and always
competitively priced.

|

Why should I choose Paint Bull over another
training school? |
|
|
 |

individual business development programs crucial
to your success. We've been in business since
